Stephanie and Bob Morgan founded JRSMorgan Realty in 2006, and over 20 years built an elevated, family owned brokerage that clients have trusted to guide them through over 1,000 transactions and $200 million in sales. 

Perfect Place was launched in 2025. It is the evolution of the JRS Morgan legacy, built on the strength of the #9 Brokerage by volume in the United States.
